We charge as low as 39 Rs. Per hour. For more details, please check the fare chart section on the side wall menu on the carchalak app. We also provide the fare estimate before you request for a driver on our app.
A round trip is a ride that ends at the location at which it began. A one way trip is the ride that ends at a different point from where it began.
You can book a local ride one hour prior whereas for an outstation ride, the booking can be made one hour and fifteen minutes prior. Moreover you can request a driver seven days in advance on carchalak app.
Once the driver has been assigned, your driver’s contact details will be shown in the app. Moreover you will be notified through an SMS and a push notification.
Once your ride is finished, you will be able to rate your experience through the app and also leave feedback.
We never advise our customers to let the driver ride alone, although, we ensure that your driver is reliable. However, if you insist on him to do so, Carchalak and the driver are not responsible for any mishap in any manner whatsoever.

You can hire a driver using the carchalak android/IOS APP
The driver’s details will be sent to you 75 minutes prior to your booking time.
Driver’s details will be shared with you through an SMS and a push notification on your app as the driver is assigned.

Yes, you can get the preferred driver (if available) but for that, you’ll have to pay Rs.120 per day added in your final bill
You will receive your invoice through a mail on your registered e-mail ID. You can also check your bill in the past ride section of the app.
Sorry, we cannot book a driver for you over the phone, this can only be done through the app.
We request you to please hand over the keys to the driver when you are not with him, because sometimes there is no place elsewhere to sit.
